What is the CFPCC?
The Central Florida Postal Customer Council (CFPCC) is a local and national network of business mailers, mail industry representatives, and USPS representatives. CFPCC meets regularly to discuss and resolve local mailing issues, develop content-rich education programs, and work continuously to improve communications between the Postal Serviceā¢, businesses, and mailers by promoting an effective networking platform.
Our Mission
Foster and maintain a close working relationship between mailers and the USPS.
Share information about new and existing Postal Service products, programs, regulations, and procedures.
Facilitate the exchange of ideas among business mailers and Postal Service officials.
Assist business mailers with improving their internal mail operations.
